Muffin Tin Monday...No Theme

Today's Muffin Tin Monday didn't have a theme. I threw together a quick summer dinner before we had to take off for little man's soccer game. So, here you have it...

    The eggy sandwich is made with scrambled eggs, miracle whip, salt, & pepper. It is simple & tasty. My dad used to make it for me & now my boys love it. Sometimes we add a little slice of cheese on the sandwich. YUM!!!
